Rheology data of fabricated feedstocks for two-component micro-powder injection molding process

Abstract

Description

A Shimadzu CFT-500D capillary rheometer (Shimadzu Corporation, Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto, Japan) with a diameter of 1 mm and 10 mm long die was used to analyze the rheological behaviors of stainless steel 17-4PH and zirconia feedstocks with different powder loadings. The rheology data was required to understand the flow behavior of the prepared feedstocks so that during injection molding process the feedstocks fill the mold completely and we get defect-free injection molded or green parts.
